GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT USE
Scope of application
- The digital account (“ACCOUNT”) is made available and managed by Markezone - Soluções Informáticas, Unipessoal Lda., with registered office at Praceta Maria Luísa Canavarro, 50, 4445-506 Ermesinde, Portugal (hereinafter referred to as “MARITA STORE”). MARITA STORE assumes the role of Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data, with regard to the registration and use of the Account.

- The respective Accounts can be created by both merchants (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business activity carried out, namely commercial, artisanal or professional, is considered a consumer. On the other hand, natural or legal persons who act in the exercise of their business activity, namely commercial, artisanal or professional, or those who act through intermediaries in the exercise of their activity, are considered traders.
- To register an Account you must be over 18 years old and have legal capacity.
Register an Account
- Account registration is carried out when entering the requested information and then clicking "Register".
- Before clicking on "Register" you can cancel registration or modify the information provided at any time, by deleting, adding or correcting the information provided in the various fields or by closing the web browser or tab.
- MARITA STORE registers your Account by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the registration.
- With the confirmation email, the Account Agreement comes into force, regardless of whether the email contains an activation link or whether the user activates the Account through that same link.
- No payment will be required for Account registration.
Your obligations as a customer
- To create an Account it is essential to enter the necessary data in the different registration sections and complete the registration procedure by clicking on "Register". You undertake to provide this data and declare that all data is current, complete and true and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it corresponds to your real situation. In particular, we inform you that you may not use a false email address or NIF/NIPC or impersonate another person or company.
- All consequences that may arise from the provision of inaccurate, outdated, incomplete and/or false data are your responsibility. This applies, in particular, in the case of false confirmation that you are acting as an entrepreneur or false information about a company. Furthermore, MARITA STORE reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to deactivate your Account.
- At the end of registration you will have the credentials to access the Account (username and password). You declare that you are solely and exclusively responsible for the Account, being responsible to MARITA STORE and/or third parties with regard to the correct use of the Account and any consequences related to the use thereof.
- The user is obliged to keep the Account access details secret and protect them from unauthorized access by third parties. In fact, you undertake to promptly notify MARITA STORE of any cases of loss, theft or tampering with credentials and any unauthorized use of the Account. MARITA STORE also recommends that you change your password as often as possible. The user is responsible for all consequences resulting from the misuse of access data by third parties, for which he is responsible.
- The user may not use the Account for fraudulent purposes or to commit a crime or illegal act, in particular to interfere with access to or use of the website https://www.marita.store/, or a subdomain.
Marita STORE warranty and liability
- Without prejudice to the guarantees applicable to the functionality of the Account, for which MARITA STORE offers a guarantee equal to the duration of the service itself, with regard to merchants, MARITA STORE does not offer any type of guarantee regarding the functionality of the Account and of the services linked to it and does not guarantee that they can satisfy the needs, expectations and/or aspirations of traders.
Account termination, cancellation, suspension and blocking
- The user can request the termination of the contract and, therefore, the can You can cancel your Account at any time by contacting Customer Service.
- Canceling the Account will make it impossible to use the services for which it is necessary, among which we highlight the possibility of making purchases on the MARITA STORE website. Purchases already made will be processed using the contact information provided previously.
- MARITA STORE reserves the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate an Account or close it permanently, in particular, if the Account is misused for fraudulent or illegal purposes or by unauthorized third parties.
- MARITA STORE also reserves the right to terminate this contract with 5 days' notice. Termination of the Agreement by MARITA STORE is equivalent to the cancellation of the Account. The right to termination for just cause remains unaffected.
- In the event of Account closure or blocking, MARITA STORE may process your personal data separately as an independent data controller, in order to comply with any legal obligations arising from the use of the services.
Account Changes
- Access, use and registration of the Account are governed by the provisions in force at the time of use.
- MARITA STORE reserves the right to modify its configuration and content, as well as the conditions necessary to access and/or use the Account whenever necessary.
- MARITA STORE will notify the user of any changes to these General Conditions for Registration and Use of the Account, before they come into force.
- MARITA STORE reserves the right to modify the services linked to the Account, without this implying any type of right on its part and/or third parties due to such actions, with the exception of the possibility of terminating the contract without any penalty before of the change coming into force
Pro Client Club
- Joining as a Pro Customer is free.
- Pro Customers must observe the Retail Price (RPP) recommended by the manufacturer.
- Unit purchases do not have a discount and the purchase price follows the RRP recommended by the manufacturer.
- Volume purchases may have a discount that is stipulated in each product file on the MARITA STORE website.
- To receive a volume discount or access other special sales conditions, you must be a Pro Customer.
Account Usage
By using this page or when placing an order through it, the Customer/User is consenting to be bound by these conditions. Therefore, if you do not agree with all of these conditions, the Customer/User should not use this page. These conditions may be changed without prior notice, therefore it is the responsibility of the Customer/User to read them periodically. All information and visual content present on the Marita Store online portal are the exclusive property of the same. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change products or services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable for a certain period of time. From time to time, we may restrict access to some areas of this website.

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
It is the Customer's/User's duty to act in good faith in the various actions that they can perform from the Marita Store online portal, respecting all applicable legislation, namely Civil and Commercial Law, Code of Copyright and Related Rights, Industrial Property Code and the Computer Crime Law. The Customer/User, to make a purchase on the Marita Store online portal, must be registered. Registration involves filling out a Customer Form with your personal data. This Customer Form will be filled out once and will be registered in our database in accordance with our Privacy Policy. HOW TO BUY

- View the products carefully. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search engine (located at the top of the website);
- After finding your product, validate the characteristics and quantities you need;
- Add the products you want to the basket. When you have finished adding all the products to the cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the website;
- Fill in your personal details, addresses, shipping method and payment method;
- Confirm the order;
- You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
We do not accept orders over the phone.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Marita Store portal offers several payment methods, for example: Multibanco, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, etc. These may vary depending on the customer's country or each distributor's store. When completing the order, you will be asked which payment method you prefer. We do not accept payments in cash or checks.
SHIPMENTS
Orders will be delivered to any point in Europe, by a certified carrier. The order will be sent to the address that the Customer/User indicates for delivery. Shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity of products , destination location, delivery time and additional services. When completing your order you will be asked which method you prefer.
The Customer/User will be notified at the following times:
- Order confirmation email, when you place it;
- Payment confirmation email, when you make it;
- Shipping confirmation email, when the order leaves the warehouse to the indicated address.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The products present on the Marita Store online portal contain their characteristics described and accessible to the Customer/User. We make every possible effort to show the characteristics of the products (colors, textures...) in a way that is more similar to reality. The images of the products presented may not correspond completely to those described. However, we always aim to present the characteristics of each product as faithfully as possible, and may only vary the shades and/or details. PRICES
The prices indicated on the Marita Store online portal are RRP (recommended Retail Price) and already include VAT, only shipping costs are excluded, which are shown separately in the shopping cart.

Prices are valid until the moment the order is confirmed. Even if there is a subsequent increase, pending orders will be processed at the values submitted at the time of ordering.
STOCK DISRUPTION
The purchase of products on the Marita Store online portal is subject to their availability. If a product indicates that it is out of stock, we will try to restock it as quickly as possible. In addition, we created the option to register to receive an email informing you of the new product availability. If it is not possible to restore it, we will remove it from the website.
GUARANTEES
The online portal Marita Store only sells products in perfect condition. the condition, so if you ever receive a product that does not comply, please contact our Customer Service. Products sold on the Marita Store online portal have a guarantee under the terms and for the purposes considered appropriate for the type of products sold and stipulated in general legislation.
Any compensation for personal or material losses that may be caused directly or indirectly by the products sold is excluded. Negligent use of them or consequences arising from mistreatment during use are not considered for warranty purposes. If the merchandise is received with signs of deterioration/mistreatment, the customer must make the reservation using the respective carrier document and contact our Customer Support line.
The warranty period is the appropriate and legally imposed period against manufacturing defects and comes into force after the date of the sales invoice. Repair or exchange of products/products will be carried out preferably (and free of charge in the case of warranty/our error) in our services. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with shipping the products to our facilities. Products immediately lose their right to warranty if they are modified or altered by third parties or if they are repaired by someone other than authorized by our services. In the case of food products, the packaging must remain tamper-proof.
